A gallery wall and prints in general can completely transform a room. You have no doubt seen Desenio prints all over the ‘gram and if you haven’t (where have you been hiding?) have a look at their Insta for endless interior decor inspo. My advice for a gallery wall would be to pick a theme, whether that’s a colour scheme or a theme based on the type of prints (fashion/nature/art) for each area/room and stick to that. This will create cohesion throughout and ensure the wall looks beautiful rather than cluttered! Depending on the size of the prints, sometimes less is more; having just 2 or 3 large prints looks just as chic as a lot of smaller prints. Personally I’ve used lots of smaller prints to make a gallery wall above my bed but I think they can look equally as good stacked behind one another to decorate a desk or even leaning against a wall on the floor – it all depends on the room. For mine I chose all black and white with a couple of pops of pink. I do love a quote but spacing them out with some less busy prints is key to keeping it classy. Lastly, the frame makes all the difference; I’ve chosen a mixture of black, white and gold frames to match the theme of my room.
