If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll be aware of my love for off-the-shoulder tops lately! Here’s why..
Spring time in the UK apparently calls for loads of inappropriate outfits only fit for a summer holiday, popping up all over your Instagram feed. It seems every blogger starts styling up the cutest little skirts and dresses and posting photos of them all over the ‘gram. And for a minute you think, god I need more skirts/dresses/sandals, note down where they are from or ‘Like to know’ the links. An hour later however, after your bank balance has taken a serious hit, you realise that you don’t live in sunny Spain. You live in the UK (If you don’t I’m very jealous!) and British weather means the number of days you can actually wear these kind of things are very limited!
I have to say I did just this last year and the reality of it is, majority of them are sitting pretty in my wardrobe hoping for some sun!
That’s where these off-the-shoulder tops come in. They give a nod to the Summer weather but with only your shoulders bared, you’ll not freeze your t*ts off.
This has to be my absolute favourite top of it’s kind. Separate sleeves make it so comfortable and practical plus the frills and stripes means it hits all the right Spring trends.
There are so many of this style around – I’ve linked the best few.
